9ntyapi.com ("9NTY") is an independent Fortnite news, data and community website run by an individual in the United Kingdom. It is not a registered company. The Site is hosted in the EU by Hetzner and protected by Cloudflare.
02 Copyright and trademarks
Original writing, code, design and the 9NTY name and logo are © 2026 9NTY. Fortnite and its characters, cosmetics, images and logos are trademarks and copyright of Epic Games, Inc., used here for identification, news reporting and commentary. All other trademarks belong to their owners. Members own the content they post (see the Terms of use).
03 Takedown requests
If you believe something on 9NTY infringes your copyright or other rights, or is unlawful, send us:

We review every request and remove content that clearly infringes or is unlawful. Members whose content is removed are told why and can respond.
04 Data protection
9NTY handles personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. What we collect, why, and your rights are explained in the Privacy policy.
05 Law enforcement
We only share members' data with authorities when the law requires it, and we share no more than is required.
