Non-affiliation disclaimer
9NTY is an independent fan site. It is not part of, or approved by, Epic Games or any other company.
01 Independent fan site
9NTY (9ntyapi.com) is independently owned and run. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by or otherwise connected to Epic Games, Inc. or any of its companies, or any other game, platform or social network, including X Corp., Discord, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Apple and Google.
02 Trademarks
Fortnite, Epic Games, the Item Shop, V-Bucks, character names, cosmetic names and images, and all related logos are trademarks or copyright of Epic Games, Inc. Other names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify and report on the things they refer to. That use does not mean any owner approves of, partners with or supports 9NTY.
03 The creator code
"Use code 9nty" refers to Epic's Support-A-Creator programme. Taking part in that programme doesn't make 9NTY part of, or an agent of, Epic Games. It's marked #AD wherever it appears.
04 Your responsibility
You're responsible for making sure that how you use what you find here follows Epic Games' terms of service and the law. 9NTY never asks for your Epic password, and nothing on the Site needs access to your Epic account.
Anyone claiming to be 9NTY and asking for your Epic sign-in, payment details or account is a scammer. Report it to us.
